these boots aren't made for walking

I have new boots. I needed new boots. Not that I didn't love the Jo Grant boots I bought last year, I do, but the glam rock stack heel is no friend to my poor screaming ankle, and I'd killed my other two pairs (I know I look like I never stir from the couch but I'd worn both pairs through).
